As I pull into the home stretch of this European adventure, I would like to take the time to think those who made this blog possible. Firstly, my choice for best engineer in Silicon valley, Bruce. Anyone who could teach and develop a blogging software program, built and designed especially for me, with my very very limited understanding of programming in mind, deserves major applause. Next, my sister Elayne, who will be appearing in the “guest blogger” section chronicling her upcoming trip to Okinawa Japan, did all my editing. Even on very short notice she would correct all mine spelin and grammatkal errers :-) and believe me I had a few. She will no doubt be correcting this section as well. Thanks to Savvy Cellar for helping get the blog noticed and thanks to everyone who has taken time to read and be a part of this adventure. A special thanks to all the great people we met along the way, the world seems much smaller when you have friends all over. I would hope that we can use this sight as a place to share information on your favorite restaurants, wine, and travel destinations. The forum is in place take the time to use it. Word of mouth is how most of us find that great restaurant, that special Napa Valley B and B, or that awesome Rioja.
Check back often as I will continue to blog on my wine and food adventures in the SF bay area and beyond and with a bit of input from you we can make this a successful forum. I will be back at Savvy Cellar November 3rd, just in time for jazz night! Please come say hello.
Ciao
